Choosing between JEE and NEET in Class XI
The choice between engineering and medicine is often made early, sometimes before a student has much sense of either. A few honest questions help.
What does your child enjoy studying, not just score well in? Mathematics-heavy problem solving points one way; biology and long memory work point another.
How do they handle a two-year commitment? Both exams reward steady work over Classes XI and XII far more than last-minute effort.
What happens if it does not go to plan? Strong board results and a good grounding in science keep many doors open, and it is worth knowing those options before the pressure starts.
