Who these terms are for
These terms apply to anyone using this website or the parent portal, whether or not their child is enrolled at Mayo International School. Using either means you accept them.
Enquiries and applications are not admissions
Submitting an enquiry or an application does not create a right to a place. Places are offered at the school's discretion, subject to seat availability, the admission criteria published for that intake, and the CBSE and Directorate of Education rules in force at the time.
Fees, intake dates and the criteria for each grade are those published on this site at the time you apply. Where they change, the school will say so in writing. Fee refunds are governed by TO CONFIRM: refund policy reference.
Your account and the information you give us
Keep your portal sign-in to yourself, and tell us at once if you believe someone else has access to it. You are responsible for what is submitted from your account.
The information and documents you upload must be true, complete and yours to share. A place may be withdrawn if an application is found to contain a material misstatement or a forged document.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access records that are not your family's, submit forms automatically or in bulk, probe or disrupt the service, or upload anything containing malicious code. We rate-limit the public forms and may block access where we see abuse.
Availability and content
We aim to keep the site and portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may suspend either for maintenance. Content here is provided for information; where it conflicts with a signed document issued by the school, that document prevails. Photographs and text on this site remain the school's property and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, the school's liability arising out of use of this website is limited to TO CONFIRM: liability cap agreed with counsel.
