What we collect, and why
When you enquire, we collect the parent's name, mobile number and email address so we can reply, send your reference number and let you track the enquiry.
With an enquiry we also keep how your visit reached us (for example a Google search or a link someone shared), the page you arrived on and up to ten pages of this site you looked at before enquiring. Your browser holds this only for the visit, in no cookie, and it is sent to us only if you enquire. It tells us which pages help families; it is not shared with anyone.
When you apply for the school bus, we collect your name and mobile number, your child's name and class, the route and stop you chose and the month the bus should start, so the transport desk can arrange the seat and call you to confirm it.
The words typed into the site search and the bus-stop search, and the class the class finder showed (never the date of birth), are kept without anything that identifies you — numbers and email addresses are removed first — so the school can see what families look for. Taps on the WhatsApp and call buttons are counted by page, with nothing about who tapped. Both are deleted after 180 days.
When you apply, we additionally collect the child's name, date of birth, gender, current school and the supporting documents an admission requires — birth certificate, transfer certificate, report cards, address and identity proof.
We use this only to process the admission, to communicate with you about it, and to meet the record-keeping the CBSE and the Directorate of Education require of us.
Children's data
Applicant records concern children. We collect them from the parent or lawful guardian, we do not use them for advertising or behavioural tracking, and we do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts anywhere in the parent portal.
Who can see it
Inside the school, access is limited by role: admissions staff see applications, document verifiers see the files they must check, and every view of an uploaded document is recorded against the staff member who opened it.
Outside the school, we share data only with the service providers who run this website, our email delivery and our secure file storage, and with authorities where the law requires it. Our current processors are TO CONFIRM: list of processors.
The "Plan your visit" page finder sends the class, area and priorities you type to an AI service run by our website provider, only to suggest pages. Your name is not asked for and nothing you type is stored.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that are closed without an application are deleted after two years. Documents attached to applications that were rejected or withdrawn are deleted after six months. Internal audit trails are kept for just over a year. Records of enrolled students are kept for TO CONFIRM: student record retention period, as the CBSE requires.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask for a copy of the data we hold about your family, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it. The parent portal does the first and the third for you: Profile → Download my data and Close my account.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Our grievance officer is TO CONFIRM: grievance officer name, designation, email and phone, and we respond within TO CONFIRM: response window.
Cookies
We set only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your place in an application form. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See the cookie notice for the full list.
Other companies your browser contacts
Two features are served by someone else, and neither loads until you click: the map on our contact page, served by OpenStreetMap, and videos in our galleries, served by YouTube in its no-cookie mode. If you load either, your IP address reaches that service. Everything else on this site — fonts, images, forms — is served by us.
The parent portal contacts no other company at all. There is no analytics product, advertising pixel or session recorder anywhere on this site.

Added the section above naming the two services that can be loaded from our pages, and put both behind a click-to-load panel.
Recording a disclosure gap rather than quietly closing it: from 4 August 2026 to 22 August 2026, eighteen days, the map on our contact page loaded automatically. The IP address of every visitor who opened that page was therefore sent to openstreetmap.org and tile.openstreetmap.org, and this notice did not say so. Over the same period our fonts were fetched from Google on every page, including the parent portal, which was also not disclosed. No account, application or applicant information was involved in either case, and no advertising cookie was set. Both are now closed: the map needs your click, and the fonts are served by us.
