In person
Hand the signed form to the front office between 8:30 and 4:30 on any working day. You get a stamped acknowledgement slip on the spot.
RECEIPT GIVEN
By email
Scan or photograph every page and send it to the admissions desk. Keep the original — we ask for it at verification.
KEEP THE ORIGINAL
Through the request form
Upload it with the online request form and you get a reference you can quote on the phone.
REFERENCE GIVEN
Can't find a form?
Tell us which document you need and leave your number — the office will send it or call you. Bonafide and character certificates are requested through the certificate form.
