How school fees are regulated in Delhi

Who approves fee increases, what schools must publish, and how parents can raise a concern.

IN SHORT

In Delhi, private recognised schools must follow the Directorate of Education's rules on fees. Recent legislation brings in fee committees at each school that include parents, and schools must publish their fee structure. Parents with a concern can raise it with the school first, then with the Directorate of Education.
