Mid-session school admission in Delhi

Moving to Delhi or changing schools during the year: how it works, what to bring, and how quickly your child can start.

IN SHORT

Mayo International School admits children during the session when there is a seat in their class. You will need a transfer certificate (from Class VI), the last report card (from Class I), the birth certificate, photographs and proof of address. Call or WhatsApp the admissions office to check the seat first; the application itself is online and takes about ten minutes.

Documents

A clear phone photo of each is enough to apply; bring the originals on the first day.

How it works

  • Check the seat with the admissions office
  • Apply online and upload the documents
  • The office confirms the place, fees and, if needed, the bus stop

Moving from another board

Children from ICSE, IB or a state board can join a CBSE class. Mid-year moves into Class X or XII depend on CBSE registration rules for the board exam, so call first.
