Diet and sleep during board exams

Food, water and sleep that help you remember more and stay calm.

IN SHORT

During exams, regular home-cooked meals, plenty of water and seven to eight hours of sleep do more for marks than late-night cramming. Sleep is when the brain stores what you studied.
