How to become an engineer

The stream to pick after Class 10, the entrance exams, and the route from school to engineer.

IN SHORT

To become an engineer, take Science with maths (PCM) after Class 10, then sit JEE Main for NITs and many other colleges, and JEE Advanced for the IITs. Some universities and states run their own entrance exams. A B.Tech takes four years.
