Lower and upper age limit

The lower limit is the youngest a child can be: for Nursery, 3 years old on 31 March. The upper limit is the age at which they are too old for that class: a child who has already turned 4 by 31 March is placed in LKG instead.

So every child fits exactly one class for a session. If your child is a few days outside a limit, read about age relaxation.
